[FMCG/Food, KA]
location: 重庆
Responsibilities:
- Well understand company's global policies and strategy on multinational accounts business developing; set up a local effective working system to ensure our business with K/A of China mainland moving in a favorable direction;
- Identify risks between K/A and us, and bring up solution plans;
- Analyze on sales volume vs. trading terms cost, ensure the trend of output vs. cost in a favorable move to us, ensure to avoid any repetitive trade investment;
- Negotiate with K/A every detail of the terms for contract signing process;
- Regularly evaluate volume performance, and explain volume variance to management;
- Well aware of and evaluate competitors' trading terms, trade promotions, volume result to adjust our action plans;
- Train the sales team to know our K/A policies and strategy plus internal functions of K/A, in order to provide K/A with good service, and to maintain a constructive relationship of both sides;
- Ensure a positive common understand between you and all RSM upon all sales activities with K/A;
- Team building & management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Over 5 years K/A practical experience including at least 2 years in managerial level;
- Experienced in FMCG/Food industry will be a plus;
- Well understand type of business in K/A;
- Strong & healthy relationship with K/A;
- Sensitive to sales data & trading term;
- Good English capability.
