[Moderator, qualitative, brand, strategy, consulting]

Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of trained moderators and analysts to ensure the highest quality of insights is delivered to the internal innovation team and clients. The insights should be clear, thought-provoking & commercially / strategically actionable;
  • Lead team to scope projects with clients and design recommended research approaches;
  • Directly engage in consumer projects, particularly with moderating/ managing consumer interviews to help determine and set strategic direction for the project;
  • Proactively provide suggestions and continuous improvements on both: project design plus client service & management.

 Requirements:

  • More than 5 years experience successfully delivering world-class insights and strategies for global consumer brands;
  • Excellent client service management skills, business development skills a plus;
  • Effectively scopes projects with clients and fully understands their commercial/ financial/ strategic objectives in order to best design recommended research approaches;
  • Ability to pull findings together into compelling strategy reports and enjoys presenting/ delivering final strategies & recommendations to client teams;
  • Facilitation experiences with cross functional client teams and sometimes consumers in ideation workshops a plus.
