[Moderator, qualitative, consumer, innovation, consulting]

Responsibilities:
- Interact with consumers and industry experts to identify emerging consumer trends, key drivers, barriers and need states underlying consumer behaviors, and generate insightful and actionable observations through online and offline research and innovation methodologies;
- Provide input to overall research design of a project in order to optimize delivery of clients' commercial objectives;
- Participate in post-research debriefs with analytical and innovation teams;
- Play an active client-facing role by providing input and perspective on key opportunity areas within a strategic framework of the client’s business;
- Help brainstorm and ideate new brand, retail, product concepts and/ or service;
- Delivery of final strategy to client teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above;
- Over 5 years above marketing relevant experience, including at least 3 years of qualitative moderating experience;
- Project Management experience;
- Pro-active learning attitudes and open-mindedness;
- At least 2 years working experience in a multi-national company;
- Excellent English and communication skill.
