Location: Shanghai
Report to : Senior Vice President
- The HR Director guides and manages the overall provision of human resources services for different business units of the Company, coordinates implementation of HR policies, manpower planning, selection & recruitment, training & development and all HR programs through a Human Resources team;
- Proactively assists and advises Management on key HR solutions to facilitate the achievement of growth objectives, operations changes and system improvement needs to meet the organizational development imperatives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all HR functions of DSPC;
- Solid and hands on experience on recruitment, C&B and HR policies;
- Employee relations and team work culture;
- HR policy development, implementation and documentation;
- HR strategy planning and process improvement;
- Employee performance management and systems;
- Employee communication;
- Organizational structure planning and development;
- Organizational change management and reorganization for effectiveness;
- Regular updates for Management on market benchmarks and best practices relating to all aspects of human resources management;
- Full compliance with all relevant employment legislation and rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related major and overseas education in Japan is preferred;
- Good command of written and spoken English required. Japanese skill is preferred;
- Min.5 years of practical experience in the HR practice of a MNC at a senior managerial level; Experience with pharmaceutical or medical device companies is preferred;
- Good knowledge and experience in all aspects of HR practices including recruitment, compensation, training, employee relations, organizational development, efficiency initiatives and PRC employment law;
- Strong management and leadership skills;
- Proven ability to develop an HR team performing with team cohesion;
- Good communication, interpersonal, motivational and coaching skills;
- Keen market awareness, both of business conditions and of HR best practices;
- Demonstrable respect for and ability to practice discretion and confidentiality.
