[Digital Marketing, FMCG]

Responsibilities:
- Drive development and implementation of digital marketing strategies and innovations to identify growth opportunities;
- Identify and champion best practices for local market digital planning, tracking, and measurement;
- Identify & recommend with in-depth review of new Internet opportunities, process improvement, system enhancement to the management;
- Closely collaborate with internal marketers and global cross operations teams to develop monthly marketing activity calendar and resources, including websites, emails, banners and database, and facilitate execution of activities, ensure seamless execution of campaigns;
- Support social media efforts and identify specific tactics to implement for global/regional launches;
- Track, review, monitor and analyze website and digital campaigns metrics to show positive ROI;
- Work with digital agencies to drive new digital ideas for the customer across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- BA degree or above in marketing or business related;
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing function in FMCG, Food, cosmetics, automotive or other related industries;
- Experience with managing corporate/brand websites & customer databases;
- Be a self-starter & have the ability to take responsibility for key projects;
- Ability to effectively communicate key Marketing deliverables to Company management;
- Ability to champion Digital Launch issues within the Global / Regional / Market team environment;
- Fluent English capability.
