Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales plan and deliver area sales target through wider - deeper key account & distributor coverage;
  • Ensure in store execution quality, i.e. share of shelf, OOS, phasing, POSM, 2nd display compliance, promoter, etc;
  • Lead team to drive distribution agenda for potential accounts;
  • Managing deployment of assigned promotion budget & plan, drive ownership on trade expense with strong control measures;
  • Coaching to develop team capability.

Requirement:

  • Education University graduate or above;
  • Demonstrated track record of success;
  • 3-5 years people leadership experience;
  • 6-8 years front-line sales experience
  • Technical/Functional Expertise;
  • Project management: manage and motivate entire team to complete projects;
  • Professional customer selling / mgt. skills;
  • P&L responsibility preferred;
  • Larger team responsibility preferred;
  • Distributor management experience preferred;
  • Negotiation/problem solving skills;
  • Strong analytical/time management skills;
  • Good computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point and database management);
  • Industry Experience;
  • Healthy & Wellness category.
