Responsibilities:
- Implement sales plan and deliver area sales target through wider - deeper key account & distributor coverage;
- Ensure in store execution quality, i.e. share of shelf, OOS, phasing, POSM, 2nd display compliance, promoter, etc;
- Lead team to drive distribution agenda for potential accounts;
- Managing deployment of assigned promotion budget & plan, drive ownership on trade expense with strong control measures;
- Coaching to develop team capability.
Requirement:
- Education University graduate or above;
- Demonstrated track record of success;
- 3-5 years people leadership experience;
- 6-8 years front-line sales experience
- Technical/Functional Expertise;
- Project management: manage and motivate entire team to complete projects;
- Professional customer selling / mgt. skills;
- P&L responsibility preferred;
- Larger team responsibility preferred;
- Distributor management experience preferred;
- Negotiation/problem solving skills;
- Strong analytical/time management skills;
- Good computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point and database management);
- Industry Experience;
- Healthy & Wellness category.
