Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive reach strategy plans for clients;
  • Monitor and manage execution of plan, handle all analyzing and reporting;
  • Drive business development in your sector by acquiring new clients and support existing clients teams in managing their clients strategically (Bring a targeted income figure to be defined together on onboard day);
  • Bridge reach and performance practice in organization;
  • Identify, recruit and train specialist team to report to you;
  • Deliver expertise to the market, communities, speak at events, develop reputation;
  • Be the advocate of Best Practice internally and Externally;
  • Create and manage systems and procedures so that every data generated feeds a knowledge bank to add to history of company;
  • Directly report to Creative Strategy Director; Dotted line to Managing Director

Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum work experience in SNS, PR or ePR;
  • Familiar with local social media channels and practices;
  • Agency experience is preferred;
  • Fluent English and Madarin.
