Main Responsibilities:
- Establish marketing plan for new branding in China
- Manage all activities related to branding
- Devise online and offline channel sales promotion projects, integrate large-scale promotion activities, including themes, brand story, promotion materials, etc.
- Set product positioning, write pitches, propose and/or edit key messages
- Extract brand key elements, define brand communications, and down to product packaging details
- Execute and monitor social media, press, blogs, and deal with media in person
- Assist promotion and implementation of online sales plan
- Analyze customer activity data, optimize cost of old and new customer retention
- Effectively use and manage marketing expense
Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree or above
- Great English communications
- Preferable 28-38 years old
- At least 5 years marketing related experience in cosmetics, 2 years in management position
- Good coordination skills and attitude for high efficiency
- Willing to make personal commitments
