[PA,personal assistant,admin,travel agency]


Main Responsibilities


1.  Arrange CEO's Trip planning & help to double checking with administer.

2.  Help CEO to coordinate meeting with department manager and other staff.

3.  Contact with company's partner/Agency to book the meeting with CEO.

4.  Reserve and sort all of CEO's paper files.

5.  Complete the reports analysis these include the reports from every department.

6.  Other job arrangement from your line manager.


Experience/Education Required


1.  Excellent English skill.

2.  Good logic to assign all agenda be included the meeting\business trip etc.

3.  Good communication skill to make smooth with department Heads \ Client \ Agency.

4.  Personal character is open and nice.

5.  Be serious-minded to complete everything.
