Responsibilities:

 

1. Lead the overall human resource function in the company, study, design, implement HR system and management process.

2. Provide top management with corporate HR strategy, organizational development, logistics process management; dedicate in improving the sophistication level of corporate business management; well control the cost of human capital.

3. Periodically provide statistical analysis of human resources and involve in corporate strategy formulation.

4. Provide suggestion on organizational change and people hiring, set up systems of strategy, recruiting, C&B, training, performance review, and employee relationship.

5. Understand the differenece of local HR regulations and make sure their compliance.

6. Develop corporate culture and maintain high morale in employee via team building, benefits, incentives.

7. Assist in cross-function communication and initiatives.

8. In charge of department and people management.

 

Qualification:

 

1. At least 8 years work experience in HR management, preferable retail industry.

2. Familiar with China labor laws and regulations, expert in C&B is a plus.

3. Outstanding communication and coordination skills, good at problem solving, innovation and organization.

4. Based in Kunshan, Jiangsu. Taiwanese is a plus.
