Main Duty: In charge of developing the national distribution network of sub-distributors, CS and wholesales for company’s brand portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• To develop the channels ablove and negotiate terms with clients
• To achieve the Sell-in target and improve Sell-out performance in the channels said above.
• To standardize sales process, negotiate with customers in terms of operation details and facilitate the sign-up for DS&DIS channels.
• To work with trade marketing team for promotion implementation and with training team to implement training courses for BAs of DS & DIS channels.
• To build a strong sales team in order to develop the business in China
Qualifications:
• At least 5 to 8 years' sales working experience in FMCG industry, preferred in beauty care industry
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong negotiation skills
• Sales and target driven
• Good leadership
• Good people skill and cross group collaboration skill
• Strong data analytical skill
• English is a plus
