Reporting to the General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Overlook the daily operations in the main areas of Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Customer Support, Finance & Administration
- Have a main focus on project management and delivery, also mentoring and managing the local consultants, sales, project manager
- Engage in customer relationship buidl-up and issue resolution
- Attend to human resource, financial & administrative / legal topics
Qualifications:
- Solid academic background, Bachelor degree or above
- Track record in team leadership in similar environment of a subsidiary
- Track record in successful IT project implementation (MES, ERP, SCM, APS, PLM)
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English language
- Excellent general IT domain knowledge
- Experience with production/manufacturing/logistics topics
- High sense of loyalty, clean ethics, with the appreciation for a long-term relationship
- Self-starter with high level of self-confidence and sense of urgency
