Job Responsibilities
1. Direct and provide leadership with Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes labor, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce
2. Provide a consultancy service that delivers best HR practice and competitively to support and achieve business objectives.
3. Partner with internal management team to lead and implement the employee and leadership development strategy, plans and programs to support growth of organization
4. Identify and plan for talent needs and continuously upgrade the talent brought into the organization.
5. Direct the talent acquisition process with the goal of ensuring that the highest caliber employees are brought into the organization in a timely and effective manner.
6. Provide guidance, coaching and direction on internal employee relations issues according to company practice, working on corrective actions and performance evaluations.
7. Provide effectively supports to contribute to the overall HR team strategies, plan and program.
8. Employee engagement & performance management.
9. Set up or improve HR related policy and process.
10. Support in the HR reporting and data analysis as required
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in HR or related discipline.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in sizable retail business with solid experience in Business Partner role.
3. Understanding of HR practices and process including all functions.
4. Good project management skills, strong culture building capability and employee relationship building experience.
5. Knowledge of China labor law and it’s practice in implementation.
6. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with leaders, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with different function team members of the organization.
7. Highly motivated, able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
8. Strong business acumen and have a flexible and result driven approach on managing challenges and changes.
9. Good Microsoft word/ excel/power point skills
10. Good English capability.
