Principal Accountabilities

 

  • Manage overall business of direct retail stores, franchised,own brand, new sales channels and establish market leadership
  • Integrate all resources from different functions and maximize the operation effectiveness
  • Accountable for business results delivery (volume and profit)
  • Execute the marketing programs from head office
  • Establish the organizational structure and talent development plan in the area
  • Promote and execute corporate culture building program
  • Other assignment from direct report, namely CEO

 

 

 

Specific Requirements and Challenges

 

 

  • Bachelor degree or above (BA or BS)
  • Over 10 years of work experience, at least 5 years in middle level management
  • Possess capacity and experience to run 100 retail stores
  • Good at identifying and utilizing all resources and seeking for new way of doing business
  • Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and coordination
  • Can fight for greater good and with a bigger picture/vision
  • Good business ethics, proactive, always commit to goals
