O28 Asia District Manager

Main Duties
1. Business Development:
  • Leading the sales in Asia
  • Involved in sales & pricing strategies
  • Liaising with customers network to answer and resolve their queries
  • Identifying and then researching potential leads and opportunities
  • Evaluating competitor activity and developing appropriate response
  • Attending sales appointments at clients premises
  • Attending trade shows and exhibitions
2. CRM:
  • Confident and able to take initiative
  • Getting feedback from customers
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationship with key decision makers
  • Have a professional style of communication & ability to build rapport with prospective customers
3. Marketing:
  • Utilize customer voice to direct Research & Development and continually improve our competencies/competitiveness.
  • Confidently communicate market research insight to influence business decisions.
  • Responsible for the development of client reports on current trends.
  • Planning & implementing marketing activities across Asia
  • Budget setting and control, including measurement and return on investment.
  • Master Degree with the major in Business or Marketing preferred
  • TOIEC certificate over 800 points
  • 5+ years in sales or business development in international firm
  • Proficient in English is mandatory.
  • Strong Leadership skills. Knowledgeable in sales techniques, Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile for customers and the company
  • High cross-culture adaptability
