2016 has been a rough year in Taiwan and mainland China's official relationship. However, some signals have shown the China government moves its focus more to the real needs of Taiwan people. Young innovation and startup is one of the policies in China. The scope also covers Taiwanese. Many new setup of online and offline platforms for Taiwan young people to exchange innovation idea and raise angel/venture funds are happening. For instance Wenzhou, a third tier city in Zhejiang province, government has launched an Innovation Center for young Taiwanese http://www.youthtw.com. Shanghai government also establishes similar center in down town city recently.

CCP12 open house in Shanghai

January 12, 2017 - Central Counter Party 12 (CCP12) opens its office and begin to operate in the center of Shanghai, China.
It means a lot to China's endeavor to be more international and to contribute to the global financial society. CCP12 is a service organization to help the clearing process between every individual members in each country. Founded in 2002 by 12 member clearing houses, CCP12 now has 35 members including London Clearing House (LCH), Chicago Merchantile Exchange (CME), Shanghai Clearing House (SHCH). It will influence the regulation and risk control policy in the global financial market through suggestions to the governments.
